Front () Setup & Support Operations Consultant

Job description
We are looking for an experienced support operations consultant with hands-on experience setting up and configuring Front ) to help us complete implementation and establish scalable workflows for a growing e-commerce studio.
This role is focused on building and configuring the system, not reviewing it from a distance or providing high-level theory.
You should be comfortable working directly inside Front to create inbox structure, rules, automations, and reporting that a multi-person support team can use immediately.
What You Will Do- Set up and configure Front inboxes and channels
- Create and refine tags, rules, and automations
- Configure SLA targets, escalation paths, and accountability
- Set up analytics and reporting for visibility and management
- Align workflows with realworld support scenarios
- Provide light guidance or documentation to support adoption
- Direct experience setting up and configuring Front )
- Strong background in support operations and shared inbox systems
- Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or similar
- Comfortable making practical implementation decisions
- Clear communicator focused on efficiency and outcomes
- Medium scope project
- Hourly engagement ($75–$120 USD)
- Short, highimpact timeframe rather than ongoing hours
- Potential for followup support as needed
