Essential Functions:
- Perform general labor throughout the plant and perform basic maintenance on plant equipment.
- Assist the plant manager with needed tasks and operations.
- Pour and place concrete mixtures
- Use of chipper or jackhammer to clean dried concrete from fleet vehicles
- Transportation of materials and product
- General housekeeping and yard work
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- General Construction Experience
- Basic mechanical ability to perform maintenance repairs
- Reliability and dependability
Preferred Requirements:
- CSTS Certification
- WHMIS training
- Experience working with concrete
NOTE:
This position operates outdoor and indoor in a plant environment. This job is physical in nature and requires bending, crawling, crouching and standing for long periods of time. Materials are heavy and cumbersome. Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Job Type:
Full-Time, O.T, Seasonal
Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
