    Job Description

    The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to various programs within the organization. They handle complex administrative tasks with attention to detail and work effectively in a team setting, reflecting the values of the company.

    Contribute to safe, quality care by:

    • Providing advanced administrative duties within tight time frames.
    • Utilizing up-to-date office support systems and technology.
    • Managing an efficient file and e-file system.
    • Handling incoming correspondence and preparing various documents.
    • Coordinating calendars, travel arrangements, and client engagements.
    • Facilitating communication with external parties.
    • Preparing necessary materials for meetings and conferences.
    • Assisting in meeting organization and recording accurate minutes.
    • Conducting research and compiling reports or presentations.

    What must you have?

    • Business Administrative Diploma or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5 years of senior-level secretarial experience.
    • What else do you bring?

      • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
      • Strong organization and time management abilities.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with policies.
