    Experienced OCM Change Manager – Jade Global


    Join Jade Global's Program and Change Management Center of Excellence as an experienced Change Manager responsible for leading organizational change initiatives during client IT transformations. This role requires developing and implementing end‑to‑end change management strategies that minimize resistance, maximize engagement, and drive sustainable organizational change.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for specific client projects.
    • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Create detailed change roadmaps aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
    • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure change adoption and effectiveness.
    • Design and implement targeted communication plans for diverse audiences at all organizational levels.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and change champions.
    • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
    • Partner with training teams to develop role‑based training strategies and materials.
    • Identify skill gaps and design learning pathways to support new processes and systems.
    • Monitor and report on training completion and competency development.
    • Proactively identify sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct coaching sessions with leaders and employees to address concerns.
    • Track change metrics (adoption rates, satisfaction scores, utilization data) and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
    • Provide regular status updates and insights to leadership and project teams.
    • Continuously refine change management approaches based on organizational feedback.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably supporting large‑scale transformations.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing change in complex, matrixed organizations.
    • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
    • Certification in change management (Prosci, CMI, or equivalent) preferred.
    • Previous experience in consulting and IT transformation projects (especially CRM implementations) strongly preferred.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level content creation.
    • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
    • Proficiency with change management tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms.
    • Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
    • High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
    • Experience with technology implementations, process reengineering, or organizational restructuring.
