Poker Dealer Supervisors to "Take the Stage" and join our Table Games team.

The successful team members would be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Table Games operations on an assigned area while rockin' out and contributing to the vibe of the party.

qualifications:

Legendary guest service skills with a "Make it Happen" attitude
Understanding of yourself and others when communicating with team members and guests
A passion for providing Rockin' It Service to our internal guests in the quest of achieving service excellence
Live HRCV's Values all day, every day: Respect, Original, Caring, Kickin' Service, Integrity and No Excuses
High school diploma required, post secondary education an asset
Minimum 1 year of experience in gaming
Minimum 1 year of experience in Poker
Proven ability to lead by example
Must have a good working knowledge of all card games. (Roulette knowledge is an asset)
Strong communication and mathematical skills
Computer literacy in MS
Proven guest service skills with a strong ability to follow policies, procedures and practices
Manual dexterity and able to stand for long periods of time
Have access to reliable transportation
Ability to be adaptable and flexible with work schedule
Serving It Right certificate required
The ability to successfully obtain a Criminal Record Check through the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB)

DUTIES/RESONSIBILITIES:

Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests, ownership and team members)
Providing exceptional service to our guests and team members
Monitoring Poker Dealers in an assigned area; maintaining game integrity; monitoring game limits and cash/value transactions
Providing input for employee performance objectives and evaluations
Participating in the implementation of Poker strategic plans
Verifying cash/value transactions pertaining to floats, fills, credits and tips
Responding to, resolving or escalating issues
Reporting irregularities and suspicious activities
Assisting in allotting player seating and waiting lists
Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments
Ensuring everyone feels like they are an integral part of the VIBE atmosphere
Performing other duties as assigned
