What you will do:


Reporting & Benchmarking

  • Lead the execution and coordination for all of BGO's sustainability reporting and disclosure requirements, including, but not limited to: annual ESG Report, GHG Emissions & Assurance, Principles for Responsible (PRI) assessment, GRESB, Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
  • Support the ongoing development, enhancement, and execution of BGO's annual sustainable investing benchmarking program

Capital Raising/Investor Relations

  • Manages and deliver existing and potential clients' ESG questionnaires, quarterly reports, presentations, and adhoc requests for North America and Asia

Strategic Initiatives

  • In collaboration with our SI Leadership Team, develop enhanced firm and fundlevel ESG strategic plans and programs, driving ESG performance and market leadership.

ESG Data Platform

  • Support the strategic discussions of BGO's global ESG platform vendor selection process & implementation

Team Management

  • Lead the Strategic Initiatives and Disclosure team and promote the growth and development of team members
  • Manage crossfunctional project teams with consultants/advisors to deliver new and existing Sustainable Investing programs and initiatives
  • All other duties as required
