SUPPORTED HOME PLACEMENT AIDE


Parkland CLASS provides a specialized Supported Home Placement program that delivers services to children who live in Proprietorships (Foster Care Homes).

SHP Aides provide goal orientated support, community outings and in home support to children with special needs.

Experience with youth with developmental disabilities, FASD and responding to behaviors of concern would be ideal. Knowledge of Aboriginal Culture would be an asset. Driver's license and transportation are required, no mileage will be reimbursed in this program.

We are looking for aides for children from the ages of years old.


Hours of Work:
Monday-Friday 3-6pm; 15 hours per week during school and 20 hours during summer


Wage:
$16.84 or $18.30 per hour.
