To help support our continued growth, Mariner Innovations is recruiting a Billing and OSS/BSS System Integrator. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating and maintaining billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable system performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration, data synchronization, and functionality.

Evaluate and recommend system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and optimize system performance to achieve efficient billing and operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
