Role Summary/Purpose

As the Sale Coordinator of documentation, you will perform and provide a variety of roles in supporting the Stride Account Managers.

Mainly assisting the sales team by submitted credit package to credit and documentation requests, creating t-values, TruePic auditing, Aspire data entry, insurance follow up and documentation back-up.

To be successful in this role, you should have a team player personality, be able to assist each Account Manager's administrative needs, and have excellent prioritization and time management skills.


The Sale Coordinator will work in the head office in Calgary, AB, and report directly to the VP - Leasing.


Core Responsibilities

  • You will develop and build credit packages from start to finish. With information and data obtained by each Account Manager.
  • You will read and understand personal and commercial credit reports, research, and analyze collateral value and secondary market to understand each lease submission.
  • You will work alongside the documentation team to get deals documented and funded.
  • You will be responsible for data input and integrity of Aspire data for each submission.
  • You will gain exposure in conducting amortization schedules to identify the rates on return of gross profit for each deal funded.

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled or graduated BA/BS degree in Business Administration. (Finance, Accounting, International Business, and Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred)
  • Enrolled in a Cooperative Internship Program
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous Sales, Hospitality, and/or administrative experience a benefit
  • Professional sales, negotiation, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Previous experience in qualifying and closing sale products a benefit
  • Previous experience in customer service and understanding their needs a benefit
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Demonstrated high level of integrity, energy, and a positive customer and quality focus with ability to work within a team environment

Accountability

  • Accurate and timely completion of credit packages and submissions request
  • Maintain professional, courteous, and polite interactions with the team and customers always
  • Deliver on your planned objectives in supporting each Account Manager
  • Have an indepth understanding of Stride Capital products and offer the best assistance for the team's administrative needs
  • Develop and present professional credit packages and other administrative reports needed
  • Complete administrative tasks as required to finalize the deal

Knowledge

  • Ability to interpret and understand contractual language
  • Understand what's required for success in the role and on the team
