Job Description:


  • Develop asset specifications for purchase and support decision making over the entire lifecycle of mobile assets, including maintenance and sale
  • Develop replacement and maintenance plans in collaboration with the maintenance department and the company's various business units
  • Monitor the execution of the plans developed in the field with business unit managers
  • Update assetrelated CMMS (Maximo) and all related tasks
  • Track and update fuel consumption management system and run reports
  • Establish the capitalization value of equipment (CAPEX) for AiM according to global renewal criteria
  • Interact with the various business units to ensure proper communication of information related to mobile assets
  • Ensures that all mobile assets communicating with the various systems are functioning and follows up on faulty systems to ensure they are repaired.
  • Promote resale of used assets through various platforms
  • Informs and makes recommendations to the management team on compliance with legal aspects of fleet management
  • Participates in the analysis of mobile equipment
  • Coordinate work and follow up with external contractors

Qualifications:


Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo, an asset)
  • Good knowledge of mobile assets (Forklifts, Cranes, Excavators, Loaders, Bobcats, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French / English)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards
  • Ability to influence and make recommendations
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and computer systems in general
