Job summary

The Claims Officer is responsible for leading and managing claim investigations within Cash Vault Services (CVS), ensuring accurate reporting, tracking timely resolution of discrepancies proactive communication with clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail strong numeracy skills ability to work in a fast-paced environment maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Investigations for ATM Differences and Non-ATM claims
  • Daily reporting of all customers For different functions e.g Deposit Processing Cash Bin ATM Rec Cheque investigations BOC Precious Metals
