Required Qualifications and Skills:

A valid BC Security Worker's License is required;
Must Have valid OFA certification or willing to obtain
Able to observe and report security issues while on shift by completing high quality reports;
Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
A calm demeanor and sound decisionmaking skills;
Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc
Topnotch customer service, with previous experience a strong asset;
Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner;
Comfortable working alone;
Must be able to follow procedure and set routines effectively;
Strong observation and communication skills
Building surveillance and monitoring campus by conducting regular tours of the campus and keeping a vigilant eye out for suspicious activities, security breaches or safety hazards.
