Community Living Durham North is hiring Team Leaders to join our team

Team Leader Duties include but are not limited to:

Document and communicate information to others accurately and completely
Distributes and Coordinates Work for Individuals and Teams
Provides Leadership to Individuals and Teams
Contributes to Individual and Team Training
Coordinates Administrative Activities
Acts Prudently Concerning Health and Safety of Staff and People

Compensation:
$28.19-$29.24per hour.

Minimum Qualifications for this position:

One full year of experience as a Team Leader in a Social Service Setting for a permanent vacancy
Alternative Leadership experience will be considered for a temporary contract vacancy
Must have relevant experience in the human service field
The incumbent must have completed diploma in a Human Services related field. (Developmental Service Worker, Human Services Worker, Social Services, Community Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker Diploma)
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

Salary:
$28.19-$29.24 per hour
