Quality Appliances Repair is currently looking for a full-time and Part-Time customer service representative. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking individual to join our team.


A DAY IN QAR

• Sell instore parts to walkin customers
• Rent Uhaul equipment
• Answer phone calls and enter required data into the company CRM/Database
• Provide customer service
• Assist techs with their inquiries
• Daily dispatch technicians to customers
• Dispatch service calls from manufacturers to QAR techs.
• You are professional and courteous
• Strives to execute at a level to exceed performance expectations
• A superior communicator who energizes others
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings
• Maintains a friendly and helpful attitude to all customers and employees
• Know how to deal with angry customers and remain calm in any situations

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
$16.00-$17.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
