Position:
Warehouse Administrator

Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including documentation, recordkeeping, and data entry.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Assist in inventory control by conducting regular audits and maintaining inventory databases.
Generate reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
Support the team by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative roles within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with warehouse management software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of inventory management principles is advantageous.
