    Description

    Oversee and lead Medline's Vascular sales efforts within key hospital health systems assigned on the west coast. Candidate will ideally be based close to a large airport

    Responsibilities include:

    • Establish and deliver sales through consistent calls and a regularly scheduled itinerary within assigned territory.
    • Become knowledgeable of all phases of the customer's business as it relates to Medline's Infection Prevention and Vascular Access Solutions. Work collaboratively with all Medline Sales teams, Specialists, and Product Divisions to establish and lead the implementation of strategies to introduce and implement Medline programs and/or products that best support the customer's needs.
    • Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with all customers within the health system organizations and identified targets.
    • Respond to and implement changes and/or new information that impact the customer.

    The anticipated salary for this position is $125,000 annually. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

    Qualifications

    Relevant Work Experience:
    • At least 5 years sales experience, preferably within the acute care market.
    • Experience in full cycle sales environment.
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.
    Additional:
    • Proficient in CRM software.
    • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
    • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
    • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
