Mr.
Bin Inc. is looking for hard-working, energetic dispatch assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests;
  • Assess situation and prioritize calls to ensure each customer receives outstanding service;
  • Provide information to customers regarding delivery times, trucking information and policies;
  • Oversee the route of delivery and track delivery status of products;
  • Skilled in map reading; knowledge of the geography of the GTA and Durham Region an asset;
  • Provide accurate and efficient record keeping for all delivery orders;
  • Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner;
  • Track and update call logs and data in software programs;
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Proactively address problems and suggest solutions;
  • Provide reports to upper management;
  • Complete other duties as assigned;

Education and Experience

  • Completion of a postsecondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
