_Who We're Looking For_

SeaFirst Insurance is seeking a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and client-focused team at our office in beautiful Sidney.

The successful applicant will possess:

A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills that provide a warm and friendly environment for all clients
Minimum 1year experience in an administrative role
Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office
A teamwork mindset while also contributing to a positive team spirit
Experience with operating a multiline phone system
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask
Bank Deposits
Delegating incoming communication to appropriate departments
Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
Office supplies ordering
Data entry and integrity
Other administrative duties as assigned

Hours of work will fall into the office's opening hours, however not earlier than 8:00am or later than 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

This position will be based out of our office is Sidney, BC; there are no remote opportunities available at this time.
