    Position Type:
    - Term: Full-time and part-time

    Location:
    - Moncton (Full-Time)
    - Saint John (Part-Time)

    Salary Range: $2,058.00 to $2,900.00 bi-weekly. Successful candidates may qualify for a higher maximum step of up to $3,167.00 bi-weekly based on their post-secondary education level.

    What you'll do
    Responsibilities

    As part of the School of Allied Health, the instructor, reporting to the Academic Chair, will be responsible for:

    • Plan and prepare instructional materials and resources
    • Establish and manage a positive learning environment
    • Instruct and evaluate students
    • Build and sustain professional relationships with students, colleagues, community partners, and stakeholders, and other related duties
    • Facilitate in-person labs and clinical sessions in a hospital setting

    The successful candidate will have the skills to teach professional development courses to Registered Nurse students in various settings. Candidates should also be able to supervise, counsel, guide, and assess students, with potential travel required for lab purposes.

    What you'll need
    Qualifications

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor of Nursing with recent related experience
    • Current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick or eligibility
    • Preference for a minimum of five years' acute care nursing experience
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • High professionalism and confidentiality maintenance
    • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and innovative thinking
    • Self-motivation, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure
    • Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities
    • Desire for continuous learning
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Valid Driver's License for required travel
    • Preference for post-secondary environment experience
