- Bachelor of Nursing with recent related experience
- Current registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick or eligibility
- Preference for a minimum of five years' acute care nursing experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High professionalism and confidentiality maintenance
- Problem-solving, analytical skills, and innovative thinking
