Duties:

Design and decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
Create visually appealing and unique cake designs using various decorating techniques
Prepare icing, frosting, and other decorative elements
Ensure that cakes are finished in a timely manner and meet quality standards
Collaborate with the bakery team to coordinate cake orders and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Previous experience as a cake decorator or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of different cake decorating techniques and tools
Creativity and artistic ability to design visually appealing cakes
Attention to detail and ability to follow customer instructions accurately
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines for cake orders
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members

Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on catering or restaurant needs.

Pay:
From $16.55 per hour
