One of our client is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor in their Food Company


Position:
Production SupervisorShift : 5am-5pm / 4pm-4am (Friday- Sunday)

Location:
VaughanSalary: 70k / yearly Responsibilities:
Supervised food production activities to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Trained and coached production staff to optimize performance and productivity.
Scheduled and assigned tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.
Monitored inventory levels and coordinated with procurement to ensure availability of materials.
Conducted regular inspections to maintain equipment functionality and cleanliness.
Implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Addressed employee concerns and resolved conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Compiled production reports and communicated performance metrics to management


Requirements:
Must Have experience in the relevant field


Job Type:
Full-time Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.
