Key Responsibilities:

Technical Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Diagnose and repair various technical issues in our products, using your knowledge and expertise.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify problems, provide accurate diagnoses, and implement effective solutions.
Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent potential malfunctions and maintain product longevity.
- Create maintenance schedules and checklists, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repairs or maintenance procedures.
- Offer recommendations for improving product performance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
- Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, highlighting findings, solutions, and recommendations.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for both yourself, customers, and your team.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Desired Qualifications & Traits:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education would be considered an asset.
- Mechanical inclination and problemsolving skills.
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technical components related to the industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
