Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent potential malfunctions and maintain product longevity.
Create maintenance schedules and checklists, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.

Customer Service & Communication:

Interact with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear explanations of repairs or maintenance procedures.
Offer recommendations for improving product performance and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
Generate comprehensive reports on service activities, highlighting findings, solutions, and recommendations.

Safety & Compliance

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for both yourself, customers, and your team.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant education would be considered an asset.
Mechanical inclination and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and technical components related to the industry.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
