We're on a mission to make it easy and accessible for any company in the insurance, legal and medical space to understand medical documents quickly using AI.

Every week, we process hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, saving our customers hours and hours of manual processing time, and helping them process medical claims much more quickly.

Wisedocs is a fast-growing, seed stage startup, our team is made up of startup and scaleup veterans and we're looking for talent that loves the entrepreneurial atmosphere as much as we do. You'll be asked to work in a fast-moving environment, and to develop new expertise very quickly. The colleagues you work with will be working hard right alongside you as well, and you will have an opportunity here to be a leader and to learn from hands-on leadership.

About you:

If you are detail oriented, efficient, have a high level of understanding when it comes to navigating medical information and are computer savvy, we want to meet you

You will be working with medical documentation and participate in software tests to identify bugs, assist in technical review, and improve product.

This position is perfect for a recent university or college grad in health sciences (such as kinesiology) that would like to reinvent themselves in a technology environment._

Most of the things you'll work on:

Work closely with our Clinical Operations team and our QA team;
Compile, sort and verify data;
Compare data with source documents, and detect technical and clinical errors;
Directly contribute in our software training and machine learning procedures;
Exceptional grammar, communication and writing skills across all forms of media

What you'll need:

Completion of a related program in Health Studies;
A driven but easygoing personality. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of a bigger team and can also be selfdirected with their own processing data;
Technical skills including high proficiency in typing and use of Office 365;
Hunger to learn and drive change;
An analytical nature with strengths in collecting, organization, and disseminating significant amounts of information with a high level of detail and accuracy;
A logical approach to problem solving with the instinct to follow or develop processes;
A team player who loves to collaborate you understand that giving/getting feedback is crucial in your development and growth;
Extreme ownership: you find a problem, you bring the solution to the finish line.

Must be available for night shifts Monday

Friday and periodically on weekends. We are flexible on the shift time as long as it falls between 8 PM 8 AM EST.
