Duties include:
Greet customers
Answer phones/direct calls
Make reservations/cancellations
Handle cash/credit/debits card transactions
Check in/out guests
Resolve guest complaints
Book tours
Ensure guests needs are met
Must be proficient with computers, have good communication and organizational skills and a good knowledge of the city including restaurants and attractions.
Must have a good understanding of the English language both verbal and written.
The position offered is full-time hours per week) Medical/dental benefits provided after 3 months when working 20 hours or more. Wage to be reviewed after 3 months.
