OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
FULL TIME POSITION
Our New team member will be providing Office Administrative Support to our Sales/Service Senior Management Team.
We are currently seeking an energetic, well organized and dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to be a Team Member to join our Growing Business.
The role of the Office Administrative Assistant is ideally designed for someone who possesses a "Can Do" attitude and understands how to assist and support management.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Planning and Assisting Senior Management
- Receptionist/Telephone Support as required with other Team Members
- Computer Portal entries, Shipping Domestic and International Packages
- Processing documentation, Requests for Proposal Submissions

- Good knowledge and experience in use of excel aptitude for numbers and simple formulas
- Attention to Detail

- Strong and Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Computer Literate Competency - Hands on Experience in use of:
- Microsoft Office Skills a MUST (Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF's (creation and edit))
- Experience or willingness to learn (as needed) Power Point, Access
- Touch typist a definite asset
- Willingness to learn new computer skills relative to our business.
