ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join its dynamic team and serve its valued customers.

  • Bilingual, written and spoken.
  • Punctual.
  • Able to deal with highend customers.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Excellent skills in work planning and organization.
  • Has above average computer skills (office suite).
  • Able to multitask and work in a team.
  • Experience in a car dealership in a similar position, at least 2 years (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of One-Eighty and CDK (an asset).

Tasks / Responsibilities:


  • Open and prepare sales files.
  • Organize and plan dealer trades.
  • Maintain vehicle inventories.
  • Organize vehicle transport.
  • Prepare sales files for deliveries and send documents to the bank for disbursements (complete followup).
  • Prepare the documents required for vehicle registration.
  • Check requisition and accounting of delivery files.
  • Work closely with the Sales Managers.
  • Receiving calls, as needed.
  • Perform other tasks according to the needs and instructions of management.
