Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quebec is currently looking for an
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join its dynamic team and serve its valued customers.
- Bilingual, written and spoken.
- Punctual.
- Able to deal with highend customers.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent skills in work planning and organization.
- Has above average computer skills (office suite).
- Able to multitask and work in a team.
- Experience in a car dealership in a similar position, at least 2 years (mandatory).
- Knowledge of One-Eighty and CDK (an asset).
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Open and prepare sales files.
- Organize and plan dealer trades.
- Maintain vehicle inventories.
- Organize vehicle transport.
- Prepare sales files for deliveries and send documents to the bank for disbursements (complete followup).
- Prepare the documents required for vehicle registration.
- Check requisition and accounting of delivery files.
- Work closely with the Sales Managers.
- Receiving calls, as needed.
- Perform other tasks according to the needs and instructions of management.
