Houston Pizza Franchises Ltd. is looking for an on-site Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. The Accounting Clerk's responsibilities will include tasks like data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, daily sales, and inventory. Preference will be given to applicants with experience using Sage 50 accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office is required
- Experience with Sage 50 (or QuickBooks)
- 1 or more years of experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable is an asset
- Certificate or diploma in business administration or accounting is an asset

Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Accounts payable

- Managing the archiving of records
- Performing other duties as required
Office hours are between 8am and 5pm
Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
