about this team

The Order Management Team is part of lululemon's Product Operations Team responsible for supporting the buy processes by working closely with cross functional partners such as Merchandising, Planning, Sourcing, Production and Technology teams.

We ensure that all requested changes to purchase order (PO) data (costing, quantity, delivery dates, locations, product codes, sizing, ship modes, etc.) are completed on time with the highest level of quality and accuracy.

a day in the life

  • Execute requested PO changes (POCs) and ensure they flow quickly and accurately from lululemon to Vendors
  • Own timely troubleshooting and investigating data and system issues
  • Provide support to cross functional partners in validating PO report data
  • Advise and support on special projects surrounding PO's
  • Creating and updating templates and excel tools
  • Escalate technical issues to our technical team for order processing
  • Develop a firm knowledge of data relationships and dependencies
qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (comfortable with complex formulas)
  • 3+ years of experience with data management and reporting in a retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer, technology, and/or business fields or
similar experience

  • Good data entry accuracy and speed in fast paced and changing environment
  • Detail oriented and excellent workload management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Quick, independent learner able to grasp a variety of technical issues, owning outcomes, and
industry learnings

  • Tertiary education in merchandising or related discipline preferred working knowledge of SQL and VBA
