Job Overview:
Duties:
- Identify potential leads through market research and outreach efforts.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Utilize technology sales tools to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Communicate effectively in English;.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related field.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce for lead tracking.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
