Assistant Chef:

Are you every cook's dream assistant, who thrives in the rush of kitchen work? Don't miss this opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Chef

Main responsibilities:

Help kitchen staff prepare and cook food using the correct methods
Follow workplace protocol and use the designated products and equipment according to the current rules and standards of safety, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Ensure that the workplace, tables and dishes are clean and comply with the dress code and hygiene/cleanliness standards
Receive, store and check merchandise
Help the team set up and clean tables, both during and after service
Good stress management skills
Attention to detail and thoroughness
Respect for cleanliness and hygiene standards
Strong ability to adapt
Team spirit
Sense of responsibility, independence, punctuality and reliability
Organization and priority management skills

Required qualifications:

High school diploma
DVS in Professional Cooking (an asset)
1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position (an asset)
Fluent spoken French.
