Reporting to the National Vice President, Operations, we are seeking to fill the Vice President Regional Operations (VPRO) for Ontario East.
These roles are instrumental in steering our Aspira Retirement Living and Operations towards excellence, aligning with Sienna's commitment to quality and service.
What You'll Be Doing:
You will be a welcomed member of the Sienna Senior Leadership team, working proactively to drive best in class performance:
- engage with colleagues, community partners and regulatory bodies to consistently achieve results
- organizational change to effectively anticipate and respond to the needs of residents and their families, leaders, team members and community stakeholders/partners

Who You Are:
This is an opportunity to build and implement a highly successful operational plan for an organization that is dedicated to meaningful work and values seniors living life with comfort, dignity, and respect.
Education and experience may come from the health sector or other industries (such as hospitality, retail, and asset/property management) where you have led large teams, worked in a fast-paced environment and worked with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
