Is a multi-line agriculture and construction machinery dealership group with locations in Lloydminster, Vegreville, and North Battleford.

Our

Lloydminster Branch's Kubota Division is currently accepting resumes for an energetic, confident, and outgoing

Branch Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position.

If you have experience in a dealership overseeing sales, service, parts, and administration this may be an opportunity for you

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of the daytoday operations of the branch to meet or exceed branch operational and sales goals:
Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
Achieve asset management and market share goals.
Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful. workforce that is focused on the longterm success of the company, customers, and employees.
Be an ambassador of the business for the community and the customers it serves.
5+ years' experience in agricultural equipment sales and service sector.
Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
Knowledge of financial metrics and experience in sales, parts, and service operations.
Solid analytical, business planning, problemsolving, and communication skills.

We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in agricultural and construction equipment sales, or with a machinery sales background and enthusiasm about the agriculture and construction industry.
