BRABY MOTORS IS HIRING A FULL TIME SERVICE DEPARTMENT SHUTTLE DRIVER / Administrator
We are looking for an energetic and people oriented individual to be apart of our busy service department team.
This person will have a variety of daily duties that all come down to providing our customers exceptional service and building client relationships.
TASKS INCLUDE:
- Greeting customers and booking appointments
- Scheduling mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Shuttling customers to and from dealership within Salmon Arm
- Assisting in managing and organizing our loaner vehicles
- Contacting customers to follow up on appointments as well as their recent visits
- Submitting and processing basic warranty claims
- Being a part of a team that ensures that we are providing the best service available
- Assisting in the organization of our tire storage
- Other miscellaneous tasks
