- Receive and manage incoming sales inquiries (phone, email and other sources) The office handles this and then forwards on worthwhile leads to the sales person
- Primarily responsible for all aspects of preparing, completing and presenting full cost estimates/proposals to customer requests on projects.
- Follow up throughout the sales process, track and analyze sales results.
- Identifying scope of work, labor, material, and time requirements by client on-site meetings, studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related bidding documents.
- Document how the job costs were arrived at.
- Ability to read and understanding drawings, blueprints, construction plans and written specifications.
- Demonstrates leadership and a desire to grow within the company
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong written and oral communicator in English

We are currently seeking a rock star hardscaping sales person and possibly designer for our growing company We are looking for someone who can sell and design large landscaping construction projects. Of course you must have landscaping/ hardscaping experience. We are happy to train the right candidate thats interested in moving from the field with lots of experience and moving to sales. Or doing a hybrid role part sales and part field. We are flexible.

- We are looking for someone to meet with customers from our warm leads, help them realize their beautiful backyard dream, work within their budget, and design and quote their projects. After the consultation/estimation phase work closely with the operations manager to ensure the project is created as it was designed.
