• Operate vacuum cleaners to remove dirt and other waste
• Cleaning windows in entrances
• Pick up garbage
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers
• Sweep, mop, and auto scrub floors
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Cleaning restrooms, hallways, etc.
• Report deficiencies to Property Manager for repair

• Welldeveloped people skills and superior customer service
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Proven time management and organizational skills
• Must complete a criminal background check (to acquire a security clearance cost of)

• Usage of Cafeteria and Cafe at your cost.
• Usage of full Gym after working hours for employees only.

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
