Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and caring Live-in Nanny to provide direct in home supervision of 6&7 y/o kids.

As a childcare live-in Nanny, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in your care.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Live-in optional.


Duties:

• Ability to travel with family on trips
• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
• Engage children in ageappropriate activities to promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up after meals and playtime
• Assist with homework assignments and educational activities
• Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or live in nanny is preferred
• Understanding and responding to child behaviour/development.
• Ability to create a warm and nurturing environment for children
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR is a plus
• Ability to cook simple meals for the children
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in handling various situations that may arise
