Description

The position of Invoicing and A/R clerk consists of creating, tracking and managing financial data for a mid-size construction company based in Kingston, ON.


Hours

  • Approx. 24 to 40 hours per week

Tasks

  • Create Invoices based off Estimates or Time and Material quantities
  • Enter payments and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Close completed jobs
  • Resolve flagged billing errors
  • Track job progress for progress billing
  • Job cost forecasting based on previous jobs
  • Analyze job profitability
  • Prepare account statements for customers
  • QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online are commonly used

Qualifications and requirements

  • Minimum 5 years QuickBooks experience;

Working conditions

  • This is a permanent, full time, yearround position;
  • Wages will be based on experience.
  • Wage Range:$2 29/hr
