Invoicing and A/r Clerk - Kingston, Canada - First Capital Construction
Description
The position of Invoicing and A/R clerk consists of creating, tracking and managing financial data for a mid-size construction company based in Kingston, ON.
Hours
- Approx. 24 to 40 hours per week
Tasks
- Create Invoices based off Estimates or Time and Material quantities
- Enter payments and follow up on outstanding payments
- Close completed jobs
- Resolve flagged billing errors
- Track job progress for progress billing
- Job cost forecasting based on previous jobs
- Analyze job profitability
- Prepare account statements for customers
- QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online are commonly used
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 5 years QuickBooks experience;
Working conditions
- This is a permanent, full time, yearround position;
- Wages will be based on experience.
- Wage Range:$2 29/hr
