- Join a shift team and support the operation of Nanticoke Refinery
- Completion of Basic Operator Training
- Operations tasks under the direction of an experienced supervisor / employee
- Completion of special project assignments (e.g. flare source survey, pump health improvements)
- Equipment preparation for major maintenance under the direction of experienced personnel
- Must be currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program
- Must have obtained high school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates must be a member of a local First Nation community

The expected hourly rate for this position is $30.00. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education.
