Overview
We are looking for a new Franchise Operator to lead one of our Sobeys Inc locations in Parry Sound.

If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 100+ employees

Job Requirements

What you will demonstrate to us:_
Strong business and financial acumen
Superior leadership skills
Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
35 years of experience leading people and teams
Postsecondary education preferred
Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
