About Enova:

A recent merge between Kitchener-Wilmot Hydro and Waterloo North Hydro has created Enova Power Corp. (Enova). Enova serves 157,000 residents and businesses covering all of Waterloo Region. We are a trusted community partner and an industry leader in collaboration and innovation.

Working in Enova IT:

The Enova IT department supports 300+ staff, two office locations as well as several other physical locations across the Waterloo Region Grid.

Working in this role will give you unique exposure to IoT, on premise data centres, self-managed fibre infrastructure as well as cloud.

Note that this role has the possibility of being extended up to a 12 months coop term.

Key responsibilities:

Basic duties would start with:

General end user support for break/fix and change requests
Troubleshooting software interfaces, reports, integration
Participating in the end user device lifecycle (laptops, cell phones, etc)
Assisting with project based work including merger integration tasks

As you progress in role you will also have opportunities to:

Participate directly in major projects
Spend focus on time on your preferred areas of growth
Try out new technologies
