Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet clients
Assist clients by effectively communicating acquired product knowledge
Facilitate point of sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Stock, replenish, merchandise and organize inventory
Assist the stringing department by booking racquet stringing and racquet demos for clients
General cleaning and organization of the retail sales space and all other store areas

Requirements:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills listening, understanding and responding
Friendly, helpful and customer service oriented
Work collaboratively with all team members
Receptive to feedback and willing to implement recommendations
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast pace environment
Commit to a consistent work schedule

COVID-19 Precautions:

Experience:

Preference will be given to individuals with a background in tennis and/or retail sales

Hours: 15-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends per store hours
