WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collection and resolution of disputes to maintain a healthy cash flow.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve collections disputes efficiently.
Stay updated on changes in collection practices and processes, proactively flagging atrisk accounts.
Support collections activities across portfolios as needed to meet cash flow targets.
Assist in other projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing cash collections processes and practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

35 years of extensive collections experience, preferably in a global B2B setting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly with sales and external customers.
Strong customer service mindset and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Excel.
Selfstarter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing environment.
Desire to learn and contribute to a culture of resilience and collaboration.
Accredited Credit and Collections program or equivalent work experience.
