Description
We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that combines on-site coordination and administrative work. You will have weekly visits to all our sites (North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Vancouver, and occasionally Whistler). There is flexibility to work part-time from home.


Job duties include:


  • Managing Project Schedules (reminders, deliveries etc.)
  • Managing project drawings, documentation and reporting
  • Pre and Post Construction admin work
  • Managing construction management software for the company
  • Basic detail generation and mark ups of drawing files

Skills required:


  • Be detailed orientated and organized
  • Have a positive attitude and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Be an independent thinker and solutions driven
  • Computer savvy, particularly someone skilled with MS products and G Suite
  • Strong in Construction Management Software (ideally BuilderTrend or Equivalent)
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and or SketchUp is preferred

Other requirements:


  • Construction related diploma or degree is preferred but not require
  • You must have a drivers licensed and reliable vehicle.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$35.00-$40.00 per hour
