- Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in Salesforce platform.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Saleforce platform to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; service cloud certifications is a plus.
- Good experience on setting up omnichannel and live chat etc
- Experience on case management ,knowledge and entitlement management .
- Understanding of customer support processed and experience cloud.
- Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst Analyst
- Demonstrated working knowledge of systems supporting high technology business processes for Partners/Channels/Distributors
- like Partner Onboarding, Deal Registration, Partner Programs etc.,
- Bring teams together periodically to foster Salesforce best practices and increase adoption and usage of Salesforce.
