    Job Description:

    Job Title: Salesforce BSA- Service Cloud - fulltime

    • Implement Salesforce Service Cloud in Salesforce platform.
    • Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Saleforce platform to meet business needs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Salesforce features.
    • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; service cloud certifications is a plus.
    • Good experience on setting up omnichannel and live chat etc
    • Experience on case management ,knowledge and entitlement management .
    • Understanding of customer support processed and experience cloud.
    • Provide expert-level support to users, troubleshoot issues, and offer timely resolutions.
    • Conduct training sessions for end-users and ensure ongoing system adoption.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the Salesforce environment.
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst Analyst
    • Demonstrated working knowledge of systems supporting high technology business processes for Partners/Channels/Distributors
    • like Partner Onboarding, Deal Registration, Partner Programs etc.,
    • Bring teams together periodically to foster Salesforce best practices and increase adoption and usage of Salesforce.
