Join an award-winning and Fun Real Estate Brokerage.We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Receptionist to help support our growing team of agents and clients.
Responsibilities:
- A Strong knowledge of Broker Bay, LONE WOLF, Webforms and other Real Estate Software.
- Assisting the Broker of Record in Recruiting Campaigns.
- Processing Transactions through LONE WOLF system.
- Handle multiline phone system; routed phone calls appropriately, page agents internally and externally and scheduled and confirmed Agents' appointments
- Prepare documentation and draft Agreements relating to the purchase and sale of a property such as Offers, Waivers, Amendments, Mutual Releases, Buyer Agency Agreements, Listing Agreements, etc.
- Review deals provided by the agent to ensure all paperwork is attached prior to submitting to the administration department.
- Communicate directly with agents, lawyers and outside real estate admin for deal processing and compliance.
- General Housekeeping of The Office and Work Areas.
- Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the real estate industry as a receptionist.
- Knowledge of Lone Wolf Technologies.
- Knowledge of Brokerbay or equivalent front office software.
- Experience with BackOffice and BackOffice accounting software is an asset.
- Must be comfortable learning new computer software with strong computer skills.
- Must have excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Must possess excellent organization skills.
- Natural attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle a busy and fastpaced office environment.
- Ability to solve routine problems independently and analyze issues for possible resolutions.
- Knowledgeable understanding of OREA forms such as Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (e.g. BuyerRepresentation Agreement), Fintrac ID, etc.
