Rare opportunity to join an established and well-respected oral and maxillofacial surgery office on the North Shore.

You will be working with a team of highly trained professionals (doctors, nurses and certified dental assistants) delivering the best possible service to our patients while we maintain high standards of safety and surgical care.

Job Information:

• 4 weekdays/week, 89 hours/day
• 30 minute paid lunch break, with another 30 minutes unpaid if desired
• Health spending plan available

- $500 annual allowance for continuing education courses

• Parking available

Required qualifications/expectations:
- minimum 6 months of dental reception experience or completed course in dental reception
- adept at using computer software and technology
- ability to work in a busy office environment that requires multi-tasking
- exceptional organizational skills to manage the patient experience that includes receiving referral information, obtaining patient records from referring offices and other healthcare facilities and labs, performing billing and insurance, booking appointments, and coordinating referrals to other clinics for consultations, imaging and lab tests.

- ability to work cohesively with the rest of the team
- fluent in written and spoken English
- ability to type letters

Salary:
$25.00-$35.00 per hour
