We will train you as a battery and power solution specialist: no previous experience is required.

We currently have 1 starting position available as a counter sales/warehouse battery power solution specialist to work in the sale of batteries and other related power accessories.

We sell all types of batteries and power solutions for all types of applications. It's an interesting and growing industry.

This is a small business atmosphere, so each person will have many roles. We are looking for a specific person who will fit well with our current team. This person must understand the importance of working in a team and must understand that other team members will rely on this person to be responsible for his role in the company and have a regular attendance to work.

Position Entails many various duties including; Front counter sales, customer service, shipping, receiving, deliveries and maintaining store presentation, inspecting and charging batteries, some small battery assembly, distribution of marketing material to our customer base and many other duties associated with the operation of a small business environment. The ideal candidate understands that they are hired to perform all varied duties/roles as a condition of their employment.

Profil

To succeed in this position, you will need to:

• Have a driver's license to make deliveries (asset);
  
• Basic computer skills like email, web browsing and working with a point of sale computer program;
  
• Have a good communication/social skills;
  
• Be punctual, reliable, responsible;
  
• You must have good dress and deportment and a pleasant personality and have an excellent work attendance record;
  
• You must be physically fit and be able to lift up to 50 pounds as we sell many types of batteries including automotive and truck batteries which you will be loading for delivery and for recycling.
  

Informations contractuelles

• Salary starting at $19 (depending on experience)
  
• Co-pay 50-50 Group Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Benefits after 6 months of employment.
  
• Group RRSP matching benefits program after a full year of service details will be presented at that time.
  
• Potential for advancement in the future for the qualified responsible individual
  
• No evening work. Your schedule will be set from Tuesday to Saturday. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8a.m. to 6p.m. and Saturday from 9a.m. to 2p.m. During the summer season, we are open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m (March to July).
