- Accurately input and update data into our company database
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data inputs
- Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in data entries
- Maintain data integrity by conducting regular quality assurance checks
- Generate and distribute reports based on data inputs
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data inputs and updates
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline data management processes
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Basic understanding of data management principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
