The Role:


  • You will be report to the Manager of Wireless Repair, responsible for working with a team of Technicians and Sales Associates who will be offering a variety of services including but not limited to: Wireless Device Repair, Certified Preowned Wireless Devices, Wireless Accessories, and warranty claims.
  • Prospecting, delivering outstanding service and sales support to every client, to build return customers, networking to ensure clients are aware what the business can do for them
  • Lead a service based, prestigious sales team in all methods of operation.
  • Focused on ensuring that each interaction is tracked, the client is advised of timelines and cost structure and possible outcomes
  • Managing inventory, anticipating different client needs and team support
  • Communicating with ASI HQ and teams regularly on trends, issues, compliance needs

What you Bring to the Role

  • A driven selfstarter who can manage competing tasks
  • Experienced repairing electronics, specifically wireless devices, computers, tablets etc.
  • An excellent communicator who is committed to providing best in class customer service
  • Proficient with POS, Inventory and CRM systems
  • Operationally sound and committed to ensuring all operating procedures are followed
  • WISE technical certification considered an asset

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to $20.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oakville, ON L6H 3H6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
