Reporting to the Marketing Strategist, the Integrated Marketing Planner will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated
marketing plans for external marketing campaigns that support Manitoba Hydro to become the utility of the future. The Integrated
Marketing Planner will work closely with the Creative Services team, departmental clients, Corporate Communications, and the
Customer Experience team, to evaluate and implement highly integrated, seamless campaigns in relation to enterprise marketing
objectives.
_ Responsibilities:
_
- Assist in the development and coordination of media buying through CSM (Communication Services Manitoba).
- Create media plans that align with campaign strategy and objectives.
- Manage proofing processes and complex versioning of marketing materials.
- Manage production coordination of campaign materials such as, but not limited to, digital and printbased advertising
- collateral.
- Manage client review, revisions, approvals, and filing processes.
- Communicate directly with external agency partners and client counterparts as required.
- Manage inputs and updates within a departmental media calendar.
- Work in collaboration with team members from Creative Services and Digital Engagement, to coordinate the timely delivery
well as the delivery of marketing content across Manitoba Hydro's digital channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners within Corporate Communications, Customer Experience and D&T
- Support the Marketing Strategist in the planning, articulation, and creation of marketing strategies for Manitoba Hydro as
- Support the Marketing Strategist during collaboration with Product Research & Development and Product Management team
_ Qualifications:
_
- Completion of a fouryear university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications (or relevant discipline) from an institute
marketing campaigns.
- A twoyear diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing, Communications (or a related discipline) from an
marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a related role, such as advertising, public relations, marketing management or marketing communications

- Understanding of marketing calendar and campaign tools such as Asana, HootSuite, Buffer, etc.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
_ Salary Range_
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The range for the classification is $33.20-$45.94 Hourly,
$63,616.02-$88,024.82 Annually.
